How do I use the search option?

• When looking for an item please use the printer model eg: 4600 and then select the brand eg: HP
• If you know the cartridge number eg: C8727AE (this is for the HP 27 Black) insert it in the cartridge code field
• Note: please do not put the printer model and the cartridge code in together, either search by printer model or by cartridge code.
• Final note: the cartridge number is not always the two or 3 charter number that is on the front of the cartridge eg: HP 27, you must find the CARTRIDGE CODE for the product to show on the results. Once the order is placed you will be e-mailed.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, however the  FREE 1-3 working day delivery service  is only offered on orders above R600. You may still get delivery on order values below R600 by selecting a paid delivery option. Alternatively you can collect orders below R600 and we will send you a "ready for collection" email. Kindly note that no item is considered ordered prior to us receiving payment confirmation.

Do we sell an original product?
We only sell two types of products :

• Original (OEM) products
• Products from an SABS ISO9001 Quality Management System Certified Company under the brandname Jetprint and Penguin . The Jetprint and Penguin brand is now a unique well recognized brand for its quality in South Africa. It is the only locally manufactured product from a company bearing this SABS ISO9001 QMS Certification. All the products we sell are intended to be appropriate for business use and bear manufacturer’s warranties. When sending quotations we will automatically send you the most cost effective available option.

How do we indicate to you whether the product is the manufacturers branded product or a locally manufactured product?
Original products are indicated by (OEM) in the product code. Products without (OEM) in the product code (SKU) are quality guaranteed products that are locally manufactured by an SABS ISO9001 Quality Management Systems Certified Company using virgin empties and adhere closely to the original's specifications in terms of quality, yields and colours. They will also not invalidate your printer's warranty.

Do we really offer a FREE delivery service?
Our basic service level in main centers around the country is a non-prioritised 1-3 day free delivery if the order is over R600. If you would like us to prioritise the delivery schedule in your favour there are optional additional delivery surcharges available entirely at your discretion.

Are Prices including VAT and Delivery Charges?
Since we are not currently VAT registered there is no additional VAT charged on any transactions. There are no delivery charges if the amount is over R600 and you are situated in our basic service level area (main centers nationwide). There are some convenient flexible delivery options available at an additional charge - please discuss this with us when placing your order.
